Waukesha Family Medicine Clinic

Our family medicine center resides within the historic Barstow Building in downtown Waukesha, as it has for more than 37 years. As an NCQA certified Patient-Centered Medical Home and a staple in the local community, our practice provides comprehensive care to generations of local families. With 22 patient care rooms, including procedure and counseling rooms, as well as in-house laboratory facilities, we are able to provide full-spectrum care, including Medications for Opiate Use Disorder (MOUD) to pregnant and non-pregnant patients. Obstetric ultrasound, colposcopy, orthopedic injections, osteopathic manipulation, IUD and nexplanon placement, dermatologic procedures, and vasectomies are all performed regularly on site. Our bilingual and friendly support staff includes experienced RNs, MA's, and LPN's, and dedicated administrative staff, as well as a Clinical Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner, and Social Worker. Meeting areas and several resident work areas are available near the offices of our helpful residency administrative staff.

Also within the Barstow Building, the Hispanic Health Resource Center and the Waukesha County Community Dental Clinic allow us to use our community connections to provide more comprehensive care. The Waukesha Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center affiliated with the Sixteenth Street Clinic in Milwaukee, is on the same block and provides a great co-operative opportunity for residents to learn and work with the physicians on-site there.
