Personal Interests
In my free time, I enjoy long distance running, film photography, reading non-fiction and playing tennis with my husband.

As a primary care physician, I am committed to providing comprehensive healthcare for patients of all ages. Believing that prevention is key to long-term health, I emphasize the importance of lifestyle interventions and the health of the mind, body, and spirit to support overall well-being. Through education, support, and guidance, I strive to empower patients to make informed choices that lead to happier and healthier lives.
Personal Interests
I enjoy cooking, baking, golfing, and running. In the winter, you can find me and my husband up north ice fishing and snowmobiling.

I enjoy learning about my patients as individuals, which helps me to develop health recommendations that make the most sense for each unique person. I believe that it is my responsibility to teach patients about their health so that they feel comfortable partnering with me in their medical care.

In my free time, I like playing board games, figure skating, and watching football, hockey, and soccer.

Family medicine provides a unique opportunity to create a partnership with patients during any stage of life. My goal is to have open conversations with people to create health goals as a team. I am passionate about listening to each patient’s story to create trust and understanding. I have specific interests in women’s health, obstetrics, and treating families as a whole.
Personal Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy game nights, reading, crocheting, doing crafts, watching sports, and getting involved in community activities. I also love to spoil my nephew whenever I can.

I chose to go into Family Medicine in order to take care of people throughout their lives and to have longterm relationships with patients. So far in my training, I’ve found a lot of joy in women’s health, OB, and LGBTQ+ medicine. I am so excited to continue working with patients by focusing on their goals and promoting a health-at-every-size model of care.
Personal Interests
I enjoy knitting & crocheting, exploring Milwaukee neighborhoods and parks, spending time with my wobbly cat, Shakey, visiting friends & family, learning Spanish, and reading books.
Audrey Valentine, MD

I became a family medicine physician because I want to build long-term relationships with patients and their families. I love taking the time to learn each patient’s story and working together on equal footing to build a healthcare plan that is suited to their goals. I believe in treating patients with a holistic approach while taking into account the mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of each individual as well as their physical health. I am especially passionate about mental health, addiction medicine, LGBTQ+ health, and geriatrics.
Personal Interests
Outside of medicine, I enjoy cuddling with my cat, Levi, while watching movies and anime. I also love finding new recipes, traveling, rock climbing and attending live music events.

Norah Brostowitz, MD

I love caring for patients and their whole families during every age and stage of their lives. I believe it is important to understand someone’s background, family dynamics, and goals and values to adequately know how to best care for their health and well-being. As a primary care physician, I aim to care for my patients holistically, focusing equally on their physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Personal Interests
Dr. Brostowitz enjoys spending time with her husband, volunteering with their church community, and attending sporting events. She also enjoys reading new books, cooking, and baking.
Jared Dobbs, MD

I became a family medicine physician because I love building relationships with patients and their families. I also appreciate the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of medicine, seeing people of all ages for a variety of health concerns. I am especially passionate about providing care to people with addiction and members of the LGBTQ+ community and strive to provide a welcoming space for all.
Personal Interests
I love spending time outdoors, whether that be exploring national parks, going on a hike, or spending time on the water with friends and family. I also fill my free time with sports, video games, music, and loving on our Great Pyrenees, Cooper.
Emily Harwood, DO

In my practice, my goal is to create a safe environment that facilitates open, honest communication and the development of strong long-term relationships with patients and their families. I believe listening to patients and discovering their story enables us to work together to meet their individual health goals using a holistic approach. I am especially passionate about women’s health and obstetrics, pediatric and adolescent medicine, and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.
Personal Interests
Dr. Harwood grew up in southeastern Wisconsin and is thrilled to be back. As a former dancer, she loves going to the Milwaukee Ballet performances and staying active with ballet classes and Pilates. She enjoys crafts and likes to relax by curling up on the couch with her current knitting, crocheting, or embroidery project. She values spending time with her family and friends and enjoys baking, hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding with them.
Laura Horowitz, DO

Anthony Marchlewski, MD

I believe in the importance of meeting patients on their terms and developing an environment where we can address social, physical, and emotional needs as concerns arise. I am especially interested in the relationship between mental and physical health, where our perspectives help dictate our relationship with ourselves and the world. Open communication and a non-judgmental attitude are critical in the patient-provider interaction, and I want to help my patients identify, develop, and achieve their health goals in the way that feels right for them.

I enjoy traveling, listening to live music, DJ’ing, reading, LEGOs, and dabbling in different art forms. I’m currently learning more about the world of audio to put together an awesome sound system and would love to hear about your favorite songs!
Matthew Sullivan-Green, DO

I strive to empower and work in conjunction with patients to make evidence-based medical decisions that treat their needs in all facets of life — mind, body, and spirit. I fell in love with the diverse patient populations that I have the privilege to take care of, and continue to work towards culturally-competent and community-based healthcare that is accessible to all. I love the intimacy that Family Medicine facilitates, as it leads to strong and lifelong relationships with patients and therefore, in my opinion, leads to better outcomes. My interests for treatment and advocacy include obstetrics and women’s health, addiction medicine, LGBTQ+ health, procedural medicine, community health, and rural medicine.
Personal Interests
When I am not in clinic, I enjoy taking my two dogs on walks, to the park, or anything else outdoors. I also enjoy traveling, playing piano, and reading when I have the opportunity.

Dr. Rainey-Thomas enjoys exploring the great outdoors, whether that be hiking or boating, with her husband and dog, Atlas. She enjoys traveling to new places both locally and abroad, catching up on the latest movies/TV shows, and trying out new recipes.

Patient relationships are what drew me to family medicine. The ability to care for patients of all ages and stages of life and build those longitudinal relationships is very important to me and my practice as a physician. Getting to know my patients and their circumstances can help me to provide the best medical care possible.

I like to spend time with friends and try out new restaurants. I also enjoy baking, tending to my house plants, and watching movies.

To me, it is most important that my patients first feel welcomed, heard, and understood. I believe that from a basis of trust and mutual respect, I can partner with my patients to best learn about their health concerns, conditions, and goals, so that we can work together to determine the best steps to help them become the healthiest versions of themselves.

I have a large pet rabbit named Olive, and Olive and I love to spend time together outside reading books, or inside watching movies, listening to music, and re-watching Gilmore Girls! I also enjoy spending time on the boat with my family, exploring new restaurants, and attending concerts.
