Our Family Medicine Staff

Waukesha has some of the best residency staff in the country. Many have been here for more than a decade, and know how to accomplish the dual goals of high quality patient care as well as resident education. All our staff are involved in resident education, from the administrative staff coordinating complicated schedules, to the Medical Technologist in our onsite lab working one-on-one with residents to teach about wet preps. Every member of the staff, including interpreters, medical assistants, front office, Lab and Xray technicians, as well as faculty and residents, are assigned to a clinic team and participate in monthly team meetings. These meetings also conduct ongoing quality improvement projects throughout the year.
